2. Scope of Data Processing

Local App Data: All calculations and project data are stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this data. Legal basis: § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG – strictly necessary for app functionality.
Waitlist: We process your email address based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to send you TestFlight invites and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Website/App Logs: Technical data (IP address, device info) is processed for security and stability based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Third-Party Services

We use selected service providers to operate our business. All providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPA) where applicable.

5. Data Retention

We delete your email address once you unsubscribe or the service ends. Local app data is deleted when you uninstall the app.
